Guest lectures – meetings with practitioners, outstanding specialists from renowned companies from the TFL and Automotive industries, as well as research and development centres.

Study visits – the opportunity to visit the headquarters or a branch of a  company and learn about its internal structure.

Specialized laboratories - classes conducted in specialized IT laboratories.  Each laboratory has stations equipped with appropriate software for simulating issues used in logistics and in enterprise management support systems. Classes will also be held in the plastics identification laboratory, aviation training logistics laboratory and event simulation classes laboratory.

Specialized textbooks – additional didactic aids on specialized subjects for each student. The research team will develop new academic textbooks for each subject. New specialties are an innovative educational offer and cannot be based entirely on the available literature.

AnyLogic is a multi-functional modeling and simulation package using three methods: systems dynamics, discrete simulation and multi-agent simulation. The universality of this solution is unique on the market of this type of software.

ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a type of software that is used for enterprise resource planning. The main task of the ERP system is to standardize IT solutions, and thus to organize the course of processes in the company and enable full control over them.

Spreadsheet - learning how to use this tool in the area of finance: forecasts for the needs of a business plan, financial analysis and sales analysis.

SQL - Structured Query Language is a special-purpose programming language for managing and analyzing large amounts of data.

COMMUNICATION COMPETENCIES

Simulation games - workshops shaping competences such as: strategic thinking, negotiations, decision making, team work, effective communication, setting and achieving goals, time management.

Practical skills - communication workshops covering such topics and issues as: business relations, business negotiations, the specificity of communication and effective action in contacts with a foreign partner, in particular in remote working conditions. Various work methods include individual, group work, case studies, tutorials , discussions and role plays.
