The Solidarity Scholarship for students and doctoral students is awarded to Polish citizens and foreigners studying at Wrocław public and private universities, working for civil liberties and democratic changes in Europe and in the world.

The Scholarship Commission, appointed by the President of Wrocław, awarded a Solidarity Scholarship to a student of the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław, Ms Albina Galitko.
