HIGHER EARNINGS IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY

The demand for educated specialists in the TFL industry is constantly growing, which has a direct impact on the earnings they receive. According to the salary report prepared by the Advisory Group Test HR "Autumn 2017", a logistics director, who is also a board member, and responsible for the overall management of the logistics area in the company and influences its strategy, earns PLN 25,512 gross. That is as much as PLN 5,574 gross more than in the spring of 2017. In the case of a logistics director, the increase in remuneration - as compared to the spring of 2017 - amounted to PLN 1,504 gross. The average salary in this position is PLN 19,757 gross. In turn, every fourth person responsible for organizing and managing the logistics area, a logistics manager, can count on a salary not less than PLN 13,697 gross per month. The average remuneration of a logistics manager is PLN 11,469 gross. A positive increase was also noted in the case of a logistics team leader. Every fourth employee in this position, dealing with the administration of a team responsible for logistics processes in the company, receives a salary not less than PLN 7,583 gross. The average salary in this position is PLN 6,831 gross. And a person responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers is a logistics specialist. The average salary in this position is PLN 5,427 gross.
