On November 21, 2019, students of the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw participated in a study visit at the Wabco company in Wrocław. It took place as part of the TFL Leaders project - competencies development program. The students could observe the operation of Lean Management tools, including the Kanban system. They became acquainted with highly advanced production and logistics processes, transport, storage and supply processes as well as the principles of enterprise logistics management.
