A STUDY VISIT TO THE SGP GROUP RECRUITMENT OFFICE

On April 14, 2026, students from the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wrocław had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of a recruitment agency during a visit to the SGP Group Recruitment Office in Wrocław.

The aim of the visit was not only to deepen their theoretical knowledge, but above all to see how the recruitment process works in practice – from the first contact with a candidate, through selection, to matching them with the specific needs of companies. Students were introduced to the methods used daily by HR professionals and learned how recruitment decisions are made in real-life situations.

The visit allowed the participants to gain practical insight into HR processes, improve their ability to assess candidate selection, and strengthened their communication skills. They also learned about current trends and employer expectations, which will be valuable in their future careers.
